What a great night. My friends & I were first timers at the Hills Women's Shed event Cooking & Comedy. Excellent impressions by David Valvo relaxed us before Phil Strasser emparted his knowledge of meat and how to cook it like the restaurants do. I really learned a few things. Then ...we got to eat the meat Phil cooked. Yum! A great night, thank you.
